As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the customer growth and retention across all countries, both for healthcare professionals as people living neurological conditions.
Some of the tasks you’ll be responsible for:
You define, in collaboration with the growth team, the strategic customer acquisition and retention plan, per country and per pathology
You lead by example and execute yourself actions from the customer acquisition and retention plan
You coordinate the execution of the commercial acquisition plan with the growth team, partners and distributors
You structure and continuously improve the customer acquisition funnel and retention process
You keep your knowledge up-to-date by attending congresses and webinars and translates this into concrete actions
You will closely work together with the medical and product team to share market insights on new features and the usage of our solution
We are looking for a Commercial Manager, passionate about HealthTech, sales and marketing. We’re looking for a self-driven and motivated person, who can manage his/her time and projects independently
Ideally, you are someone that:
Has 5+ years of experience in a commercial or marketing role in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Prefers to win championships with the team than games as an individual
Likes the combination of strategy and execution
Has a keen interest in structuring and improving commercial processes
Speaks English fluently, in combination with high working proficiency French or German
